Taradale is a historical scenic town surrounded by rolling hills and native bushland. Established as a gold mining town in 1855, there are now terrific walking trails that link many of the historical landmarks. Taradale’s visual icon is its magnificent 19th century railway viaduct. Still used today, the viaduct dominates the easterly skyline of the valley.
